A traveler trapped in a projectile

a film intervention (or installation) concert

The film follows the afternoon of a young man who’s crossing the city and late for a meeting. During the journey his involuntary memory crashes against his consciousness, imposing (as he fights against) the fact that he is losing the person who loves at the time reality incoherently forces to track him back. Simultaneously, an intense city with disjointed stimuli expresses itself constructing a wider perception of reality.

The work explores the representation of multiple and simultaneous facets of memory and consciousness while deconstructing traditional film’s spaces and times. It makes visible the tension between the succession that traditional film is forced to obey alongside simultaneity and a non-traditional linear elaboration of reality.
